 The Role
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll own the full people lifecycle across

 . In sprint periods, you&rsquo;ll lead coordinated hiring to fill roles quickly and well. Between sprints, you&rsquo;ll drive the

 Key Responsibilities

 Run role intake with Sales/CSM; calibrate JDs and success criteria with clients.
 
 
 Source via ATS, LinkedIn, referrals and partnerships; maintain a warm bench.
 
 
 Screen for capability + culture; run skills tests; manage structured interviews.
 
 
 Facilitate client loops: scheduling, scorecards, debriefs, negotiation.
 
 
 Own offers, contracts, verification/background checks, and start logistics.
 
 
 Handover to CSM with success metrics, 30‑60‑90 plan and risk notes.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 Must‑haves
 
 
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related (or equivalent experience).
 
 
 3&ndash;5 years in HR/Talent roles, ideally in digital agencies, SaaS or tech services.
 
 
 Proven experience placing PPC/SEO/Web roles and partnering with demanding stakeholders.
 
 
 Strong documentation and process‑building skills; policy writing experience.
 
 
 Confident with employee relations, coaching managers and handling sensitive cases.
 
 
 Excellent written and spoken English; clear, tactful communication and negotiation.
 
 
 Data‑literate (Google Sheets/Excel) with an eye for experiments and iteration.

 Exposure to EOR models and remote‑first teams.

 Key attributes
 
 
 
 You should have a strong grasp of current SEO tools and strategies, and be able to lead integrated SEO projects from concept to execution. As part of our team, you will work with the larger marketing agency team to deliver monthly improvements as promised and proposed.
 
 
 You will be responsible for all SEO activities, ranging from technical SEO, outreach SEO, On-page/Off-page SEO, link-building, and SEO marketing automation.

 Requirements And Skills

 Degree in digital marketing or a related field
 </li>

 Minimum of 5 years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns

 Competent user of Ahrefs, Google Search Console, SEMRush, WordPress, ActiveCampaign, Hubspot etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent quantitative analytical skills - should be able to understand raw data and draw insightful conclusions (on organic traffic in particular).
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of on-page + off-page optimisation, and link building
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
 </li>

 Strong analytical skills and data-driven reporting skills.

 Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and SEO
