Job Purpose:To provide technical support and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems, hardware, and software across Mart and back-office operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide on-site and remote IT support to store and warehouse teams.</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain POS systems, computers, printers, and network devices.</li><li>Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, CCTV systems, and data backups.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software maintenance.</li><li>Support implementation of new systems or upgrades within the Mart Division.</li><li>Maintain IT asset records and ensure timely preventive maintenance.</li><li>Ensure data security, user access control, and system compliance with company policies.</li><li>Assist in training store staff on IT systems and POS usage.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail operations.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, networking, and POS systems.</li><li>Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and basic server management.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Current Salary</li><li>Expected Salary</li></ul>Work Location: In person
