Your primary responsibility is to execute the strategies defined by the SEO Manager and ensure your team of Executives and Link Builders delivers high-quality results. You are expected to be the &quot;Technical Expert&quot; in the room-capable of diagnosing complex crawl errors, auditing backlink profiles, and guiding content writers on semantic SEO.Key Responsibilities 1. Execution &amp; Technical SEO (Hands-On)<ul><li>Technical Audits: Conduct weekly deep-dive audits using relevant tool. You personally fix or guide developers to fix critical issues like Canonicalization, Hreflang tags, and Core Web Vitals.</li></ul><ul><li>On-Page Perfection: Review every landing page optimization done by your team. Ensure Title Tags, Meta Descriptions, and Heading structures align with the target keyword intent.</li></ul><ul><li>Keyword Strategy: Execute the keyword research plan. Move beyond &quot;high volume&quot; keywords to find &quot;high intent&quot; transactional keywords that drive leads for our IT/B2B/B2C clients.</li></ul>2. Team Supervision &amp; Quality Control<ul><li>Daily Task Management: Assign daily targets to SEO Executives (On-Page) and Off-Page specialists (Link Building). Ensure no one is sitting idle.</li></ul><ul><li>Link Quality Check: Strictly monitor the quality of backlinks built by the team. You are responsible for rejecting spammy, low-DA, or irrelevant links before they are indexed.</li></ul><ul><li>Content Briefs: Create detailed content outlines for writers (including LSI keywords, word count, and structure) to ensure every blog ranks.</li></ul>3. Performance Tracking &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Analytics Monitoring: Check Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Search Console daily. Identify traffic drops immediately and implement &quot;Hot Fixes.&quot;</li></ul><ul><li>Reporting: Compile the raw data for the Monthly Client Reports. Ensure the numbers are accurate before they reach the SEO Manager.</li></ul><ul><li>Competitor Analysis: Keep a hawk-eye on competitor movements. If a competitor outranks us, you find out why and fix it.</li></ul>4. Training &amp; Process<ul><li>SOP Enforcement: Ensure the team follows the agency&rsquo;s SEO checklists.</li></ul><ul><li>Upskilling: Teach junior executives how to use advanced tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, etc) and keep them updated on algorithm changes.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 1.
