WordPress Development &amp; Management<ul><li>Develop and manage the website using WordPress (Kadence theme preferred)</li><li>Create scalable, SEO-friendly page structures and templates</li><li>Optimize performance, security, backups, and site health</li><li>Select and implement automation plugins responsibly (no policy violations)</li></ul>2. Google AdSense&ndash;Focused Content Strategy<ul><li>Create and structure content strictly aligned with Google AdSense policies</li><li>Ensure originality, quality, E-E-A-T compliance, and content depth</li><li>Maintain clean site architecture suitable for AdSense approval and scaling</li><li>Optimize user engagement (time on site, bounce rate, internal navigation)</li></ul>3. Advanced SEO (Primary Skill Requirement)<ul><li>Execute deep on-page SEO (content optimization, schema, internal linking, CWV)</li><li>Handle technical SEO (indexing, crawl issues, Search Console fixes)</li><li>Implement off-page SEO strategies for authority and organic growth</li><li>Perform keyword research and content planning for long-term traffic</li><li>Track and improve rankings, impressions, and organic CTR</li></ul>4. Website Monetization &amp; Growth<ul><li>Prepare, manage, and optimize Google AdSense monetization</li><li>Improve RPM without harming UX</li><li>Monitor income performance and traffic correlations</li><li>Work toward continuous revenue growth</li></ul>5.
