Job Title: Head of Operations &ndash; Manufacturing (Home Appliances)Job Profile:The Head of Operations will be responsible for leading and overseeing all manufacturing operations in a home appliances production facility. This includes production planning, quality control, supply chain management, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires strategic thinking, team leadership, and deep industry knowledge to ensure efficient production and delivery of high-quality products.Key Responsibilities:1. Production &amp; Manufacturing Management<ul><li>Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet production targets, deadlines, and quality standards.</li><li>Oversee production planning and resource allocation (manpower, machinery, materials).</li><li>Monitor KPIs such as production efficiency, downtime, yield, and cost per unit.</li></ul>2. Quality Assurance &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure all products meet internal quality benchmarks and external regulatory standards.</li><li>Work with QA/QC teams to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Drive ISO and other relevant quality/compliance certifications.</li></ul>3. Supply Chain &amp; Procurement<ul><li>Manage end-to-end supply chain, including vendor development, procurement, and inbound logistics.</li><li>Optimize inventory levels of raw materials, WIP (Work-in-Progress), and finished goods.</li></ul>4. Logistics &amp; Distribution<ul><li>Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of finished goods through effective coordination with logistics partners.</li><li>Oversee warehouse operations, stock audits, and transport planning.</li></ul>5. Team Management &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Lead a cross-functional team of production, maintenance, quality, stores, and logistics personnel.</li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.</li></ul>6. Budgeting &amp; Cost Control<ul><li>Prepare annual operational budgets and control manufacturing costs.</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities in operations and process optimization.</li></ul>7. Technology &amp; Automation<ul><li>Evaluate and implement automation and modern manufacturing technologies to enhance productivity.</li><li>Drive digital transformation in plant operations and reporting systems.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering; MBA preferred.</li><li>10&ndash;15 years of experience in operations management in the manufacturing sector, preferably in home appliances or consumer durables.</li><li>Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies.</li><li>Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Office tools.</li></ul>Reporting To:Managing Director / CEOLocation: Dahisar, MumbaiJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;75,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Job Description Reporting to DirectorMain Purpose of JobYou are being appointed as HR &amp; Admin Responsible for complete Human Resource activities.&middot; HR Generalist profile &ndash;HR operations, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Policy making and revision &amp; Payroll.<ul><li>Maintaining Employee Master Database.</li><li>Conduct various employee engagement activities to retain employee work force.</li><li>Follow up of Probation and confirmation Process.</li><li>Handling all attendance report, full and final settlements, gratuity settlement, conducting exit interviews.</li><li>Payroll administration.</li><li>Performance appraisal to be conducted on yearly basis; preparing and updating performance appraisal report, finalising transfers, promotions, rewards and bonus with the management.</li><li>Recruitment: Getting requirements from Business Heads; as per that sourcing for requirement, short listing, and screening for recruitment process.
