Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and dependable Sales Representative / Receptionist to join our growing natural stone and countertop company. This position requires someone comfortable working both outdoors in the heat and indoors in an office/showroom environment.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and assist customers in person</li><li>Answer and direct incoming phone calls</li><li>Support sales of natural stone and countertop products</li><li>Work closely with builders, architects, contractors, and residential clients</li><li>Perform administrative and clerical tasks</li><li>Assist with scheduling and customer follow-ups</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Drive</li><li>QuickBooks experience preferred (or fast learner willing to train)</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Comfortable working indoors and outdoors</li><li>Previous office experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred</li></ul>This role offers an engaging environment where your organizational talents and customer-focused approach will shine.
