Purchasing Agent (Part-Time &ndash; 3 Days/Week)Schedule: (Wed / Thur / Fri) 8:00 AM&ndash;4:30 PMOverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Purchasing Agent to support purchasing and inventory control for our Demo and Spray divisions. This role assists multiple departments by issuing purchase orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and resolving discrepancies that affect warehouse operations and invoice processing.Responsibilities<ul><li>Create and update purchase orders for materials, stock, and rentals</li><li>Maintain item master data (new items, pricing, locations, cost updates)</li><li>Resolve discrepancies with Inventory Control</li><li>Update rental POs with call-off information</li><li>Assist Project Managers with locating materials and providing backup documentation</li><li>Work with Accounts Payable to resolve PO/invoice issues</li><li>Request W9s/COIs and complete tax-exempt forms</li><li>Support warehouse and operations teams with purchasing needs</li><li>Complete additional tasks and small projects assigned</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in purchasing, supply chain, or inventory management preferred</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Comfortable working across warehouse, operations, and accounting teams</li><li>ERP or purchasing system experience (Oracle/JDE a plus)</li></ul>Additional Qualifications:<ul><li>Associated Degree preferred.</li><li>Excellent written and oral skills.</li><li>Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.</li><li>Friendly and positive attitude.</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Good attention to detail.</li></ul>EDF offers a competitive salary along with an excellent benefits package including health, dental, vision, LTD/STD, life insurance, Paid Time Off, 401(k) and more.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
