 Job Description:
 
 
 
 &bull; Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
 
 
 &bull; Ensure 100% dispatch accuracy and on-time Dispatch/delivery to GT distributors/ CFAs.
 
 
 &bull; Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and variance analysis.
 
 
 &bull; Drive implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all warehouse functions to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
 
 
 &bull; Monitor and control material handling, manpower productivity, and warehouse expenses.
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate with CFAs, Logistics teams for smooth dispatch scheduling and load planning.
 
 
 &bull; Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety, hygiene, and statutory norms.
 
 
 &bull; Utilize ERP systems to track inventory movement and generate operational reports , Deep knowledge of ERP functioning
 
 
 &bull; Identify and implement process improvements to enhance turnaround time and stock accuracy.
 
 
 &bull; Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team for high performance and accountability.
 
 
 &bull; Ensure timely documentation, including GRNs, DCs, and system postings.
 
 
 &bull; Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS for dispatch accuracy, cycle count, and warehouse KPIs.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Skills Required:
 
 
 
 Should have good understanding to handle small Quantities with Multiple SKUs .
