&middot; Building &amp; maintaining good relationships with key officials &amp; teams across different plant sections &amp; departments at every customer site&middot; Following Sales Pipeline process to meet secondary sales volumes &amp; collection targets&middot; Growing synthetics, premiums &amp; greases&middot; Creating new accounts (NBAs), expand opportunities in existing customer sitesResponsibilities:&middot; Deliver assigned sales volume &amp; product mix (premiums, synthetics &amp; greases) targets while ensuring timely collection of customer dues as per weekly / monthly plans&middot; Achieve no. of customers billed targets as per the monthly plan&middot; Follow the Sales Pipeline process by working closely with EM Sales Advisor &amp; Distributor Business Manager (or Principal) to progress and update opportunities in a timely manner&middot; Identify and develop new customers (NBAs) and new opportunities at customer sites through benefit selling approach&middot; Articulate Mobil Product benefits &amp; Marketing offers to customers through thorough understanding of product data sheets, trainings &amp; leveraging EM digital tools &amp; resourcesRequirements:&middot; A bachelor&rsquo;s degree (B.E. or B.Tech.) or a Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering will be an advantage&middot; Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, field-based technical services, or sales engineering, with hands-on experience in industrial (cement, power, steel plants, etc.) or automotive applications (engines, transmissions, hydraulics, etc.)&middot; Experience within the lubricants industry is preferable but not mandatory&middot; Fresh graduates with high learning aptitude and enthusiasm to deliver results are also encouraged to apply<ul><li>Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills</li></ul>Competencies:&middot; Ability to demonstrate value creation for customers&middot; Presentation skills&middot; Good written and verbal communication skills&middot; Able to manage internal &amp; external customers well&middot; A demonstrated track record in problem solving&middot; Strong networking and influencing skills&middot; Experience in using applications like MS Office etcShould have a two-wheeler with a valid driving licenseJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
