A day in the life.
As our Sales Executive on the Personal Lines team, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for the following:
The primary function of this position is to provide the highest quality service to customers, sell new lines of coverage and cross sell within the existing book of business. The Sales Executive (SE) will be the day-to-day liaison between the insurance company (MIB) and designated accounts. The SE will manage and control the relationships with his/her clients (business managers and/or individual customers). .
Daily servicing of customers will include addressing various coverage issues, contract analysis, exposure analysis, handle and/or direct all the inside service work associated with the clients&rsquo; accounts, including all endorsement activity, routine coverage questions, problem solving, renewal control, preparation of formal proposals, checking and binding policies.
SE should have experience in all areas of Personal Lines insurance. The SE will inform the Producer on strategic account issues, claims and other potential problems. The SE is responsible for overseeing all processes related to renewals, account management and new business development as well as insuring Standard Operating Guidelines (SOG&rsquo;s) are used and followed for all insurance transactions.

Experience working with Chinese clients or being from China is essential, as this role will primarily deal with Chinese clients in Saudi Arabia.
Fluency in English is preferred.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Analytics &amp; Technology (CAT) team at Mercer, a Marsh business. This role will be based in London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least two days a week in the office.
The CAT team builds and runs internal and client-facing analytics and technology products across Mercer businesses. You will be the hands-on Tech Lead for a small UK-based team working closely with an India engineering pod, owning technical direction, delivery, and day-to-day engineering leadership. The role requires strong domain partnership (risk advisory / consulting stakeholders) alongside pragmatic software engineering and architecture judgment.
We will count on you to:
<ul><li>Lead end-to-end delivery of CAT products (e.g., Concierge an agentic AI workflow tool, Prism a Mercer knowledge fabric for scheme data, and similar initiatives), from problem framing and design through build, release, and support.
</li><li>Translate risk advisory / consulting needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and solution designs; partner with stakeholders through UAT and rollout.
