Job Summary Responsible for underwriting residential mortgage and other consumer loans coupled with mortgage servicing duties including escrow payment processing and loan salesResponsibilities<ul><li>Provides application assistance to members</li><li>Underwrites Residential and Home Equity Loans including analysis of the borrowers credit, income and debt, assets, employment, appraisals and title documentation</li><li>Adheres to post closing procedures ensuring that all documents are accounted for and are properly executed</li><li>Inputs and verifies that mortgage origination information is posted to the mortgage accounting system</li><li>Ensures that homeowners insurance bills are paid on time</li><li>Coordinates mortgage loan sales</li><li>Reviews and processes annual escrow statements</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum of two year, demonstrated &quot;hands on&quot; residential mortgage experience in a Credit Union or Bank</li><li>Strong loan underwriting and loan servicing skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li>Ability to obtain a notary public license</li></ul>Pay: $63,000.00 - $83,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
