At Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Newbury, we&rsquo;re offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Aftersales Manager to take the lead in delivering outstanding customer service and commercial success in our service department.</div>

<div><b>In this role:</b></div>
<ul><li>You&rsquo;ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Service department, managing productivity and efficiency across the team.<br>
</li><li>You&rsquo;ll lead, coach and inspire a team of Technicians, Service advisors, Parts and other vital members of the Service department to deliver great customer outcomes while meeting targets.<br>
</li><li>You&rsquo;ll take accountability for departmental financials, working closely with the Head of Business and support teams to ensure profitability, compliance and consistent customer satisfaction.<br>
</li><li>You&rsquo;ll also be responsible for maintaining a positive team culture, driving performance and professional development across your department.</li>
</ul><div><b>We're looking for:</b></div>
<ul><li>Someone with experience as Aftersales or Service Manager with a strong background in Service operations.<br>
</li><li>Someone who can confidently manage a large and diverse team while setting clear expectations and leading by example.<br>
</li><li>Someone with excellent customer service acumen, analytical skills and a focus on maintaining compliance with manufacturer and industry standards.<br>
</li><li>Most importantly, someone who shares our values and takes pride in delivering both great results and a supportive, positive working environment.</li></ul><br>
