The Opportunity</b></div><div>
We are seeking a highly organized self-starter to join our Marketing Team! As a Marketing Intern, you&rsquo;ll gain hands-on experience supporting our marketing team across a variety of day-to-day initiatives. From helping coordinate events to assisting with marketing initiatives, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in ensuring our marketing operations run smoothly. This is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of real estate marketing while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.</div><div></div><div><br>
In this role you&rsquo;ll collaborate with a passionate, supportive team and get exposure to both digital and in-person marketing initiatives. If you&rsquo;re a go-getter who is interested in real estate investing, this internship is for you!</div><div></div><div><b><br>

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You'll Do</b></h3><ul><li>
Respond to incoming marketing requests from agents and internal teams</li><li>
Assist with assembling marketing materials for in-person events</li><li>
Upload web content to our website and create visual thumbnails</li><li>
Attend company webinars and weekly sales meetings to stay aligned on priorities</li><li>
Help onboard new agents to company marketing platforms and tools</li><li>
Support setup and breakdown of internal and external company events</li><li>
Coordinate event logistics including ordering and picking up supplies</li><li>
Work with the marketing team on ongoing projects and complete departmental audits as assigned</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What Qualifies You</b></h3><ul><li>
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing,
</li><li>Communications, Business, or a related field</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>
Strong ability to establish and grow relationships</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Must have a passion for real estate and investing</li><li>
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Ability to work occasional in-person and online events</li><li>
Experience with Microsoft Office &ndash; including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
