JOB SUMMARY</div><div>
The Registered Nurse Acute Team Lead functions as a vital member of the healthcare team by demonstrating a customer/patient focus, effective communication, professionalism and self-development, and teamwork. The individual utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate comprehensive care provided to selected patient populations and their families. The Registered Nurse TL is expected to demonstrate excellent clinical, problem-solving, interpersonal and leadership skills and make decisions consistent with hospital policies, department protocols/guidelines, and the Wisconsin Nurse Practice Act. This individual provides guidance to facilitate optimal department operations, oversee technical functions and oversee workflow responsibilities to ensure safe and effective patient care. The Registered Nurse TL is a role model and facilitator working in collaboration with various levels of department personnel.</div><div></div><div>

EXPERIENCE</div><div>
Minimum Required: Two years&rsquo; experience in medical or nursing related field. Demonstrated Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated leadership abilities. Written and verbal communication skills.</div><div></div><div>
Preferred/Optional: One year of experience in a team leader role.</div><div></div><div>

<p><strong>Marshfield Medical Center Dickinson</strong> is seeking an <strong>Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner </strong>or<strong> Physician Assistant </strong>to join our team in<strong> Iron Mountain, Michigan. </strong>The Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant, will be a skilled member of the health team who will provide medical and educational services to patients in collaboration with a licensed physician.</p><p><br></p><p>This role is a 100% Occupational Health department.
