We specialize in providing digital solutions for businesses.About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Intern to support our HR and operations team. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, documentation, onboarding, and employee engagement. You&rsquo;ll get the opportunity to learn practical HR management while working closely with the leadership team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in recruitment &mdash; posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.</li><li>Prepare and manage employee documentation such as offer letters, NDAs, and joining forms.</li><li>Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.</li><li>Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.</li><li>Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR trackers.</li><li>Support performance review coordination and appraisal documentation.</li><li>Assist with HR policy updates and compliance documentation.</li><li>Handle day-to-day HR queries and maintain confidentiality of employee information.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Pursuing or completed Bachelor&rsquo;s / Master&rsquo;s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of Google Workspace / MS Office tools.</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Gain:<ul><li>Exposure to end-to-end HR operations in a growing consulting firm.</li><li>Mentorship directly from senior management.</li><li>Certificate of Internship &amp; Pre-Placement Offer (based on performance).</li><li>Real-time experience in people management, recruitment, and organizational culture building.</li></ul>Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3 monthsPay: From &#8377;5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
