About us:Not Guilty Law is a full service law firm specializing in state and federal criminal defense litigation.We are seeking to add a paralegal to our growing team.If you believe that you would be a good fit, please call directly at (313) 633-1436 to set up an interview, or forward a resume to EM@MrNotGuilty.Law```Duties:``` - Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal team. - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for attorneys. - File and maintain physical and electronic case files. - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. - Handle incoming and outgoing mail.```Requirements:``` - Proven experience as a paralegal or similar role - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Knowledge of document management systems is a plus - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationNote: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
