Our Staffing/Relationship Coordinators are dynamic individuals working as a team to communicate client care needs and the shifts available to qualified caregivers utilizing our computerized scheduling system. They will provide customer service, issue resolution and inspiration.
Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Schedule qualified employees to fill client orders by utilizing computerized scheduling software. Heavy use of the telephone for communication as well as email and text.</li><li>
Responsible for preparing scheduling reports and communicating shift information to our clients, Caregivers and the On-Call Team.</li><li>
Confirm employee schedules and maintain caregiver availability information.</li><li>
Respond to client and employee requests in a timely manner. Resolve challenges with clients and caregivers through effective issue resolution techniques.</li><li>
Recognize outstanding caregiver performance and counsel them on corrective actions.</li><li>
Communicate our services to potential clients and their families.</li><li>
Work as part of a TEAM with other Staffing Coordinators to develop staffing strategies, resolve staffing issues and develop/implement staffing protocols.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with other members of the Martha's Hands Team.</li></ul> 

Experience and Skills:
Experience and Skills:<ul><li>
College degree preferred, not required. Strong Customer Service, Communication &amp; Phone skills.</li><li>
Successful candidates have come from the following industries: Customer Service, Sales, Hospitality/Restaurant, Property Management and Telemarketing.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship skills, especially over the phone.</li><li>
High energy with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.</li><li>
Skill to use a personal computer and various software packages.</li></ul>
Special Considerations:
<ul><li>Blended Work Schedule:</li><li><ul><li>
Tue, Wed, Thu: Work in Martha's Hands Office</li><li>
Mon &amp; Fri: Work Virtually from your home (option to come in office).</li><li>
Hours: 7am-3pm</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Assist with On-Call during evenings and weekends. Expectation to be part of On Call Rotation in 60-120 days - typically One Weekday Night/Week, One Weekend/Month and shared Holiday Coverage.</li><li>
Full-time, hourly position with additional compensation for On-Call. Benefits include health care, dental, limited vision, life insurance and paid time off. Detailed schedule of benefits is available upon hire.</li></ul>
