RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></div><ul><li>
Provides training for all aspects of restaurant operations.</li><li>
Develops outlines, classes and tests.</li><li>
Works with Operations, Human Resources, and Accounting to ensure that operations performance issues are addressed.</li><li>
Writes, updates and issues procedures and policies.</li><li>
Develops training materials for on the job training.</li><li>
Writes and updates training books.</li><li>
Keeps abreast of and trains others on ongoing safety issues.</li><li>
Consults with all levels of the company.</li><li>
Works with the Restaurant Training Managers.</li><li>
Oversees trainees during the manager training program.</li><li>
Conducts orientation and trainings.</li><li>
Administers tests.</li><li>
Conducts training follow-ups.</li><li>
Conducts evaluations.</li><li>
Oversee promotion and termination matters for trainees.</li><li>
Meet with employees regularly to discuss career goals, provide guidance on development opportunities, and support professional growth within the company.</li><li>
Partner with Operations and Human Resources to identify high-potential employees, recommend advancement opportunities, and support succession planning efforts.</li><li>
Ability to perform any function within the restaurant's operations.</li><li>
Presents the company in the best possible light to managers, employees, customers and the general public.</li><li>
Satisfies all work responsibilities within requisite time frames.</li><li>
Conducts trainings in a classroom environment and teaches skills such as Serv Safe, scheduling, ordering, interviewing, team building, communication, conflict management, training others, time management and organization.</li><li>
Writes and updates job descriptions and maintains training history on management staff.</li><li>
Attends and contributes to management meetings at various levels.</li><li>
Required to work 40 hours per work week, and will be in the restaurants and in the corporate office as necessary.</li><li>

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:</b></div><ul><li>
MUST have <b>QSR/restaurant</b> training experience.</li><li>
ServSafe certified.</li><li>
Proctor experience.</li><li>
Operate the register system and restaurant equipment.</li><li>
Troubleshoot restaurant operations and equipment problems.</li><li>
Adhere to safe food practices as well as the company's food quality standards.</li><li>
Possess strong organizational planning and follow-up skills.</li></ul><div><br>
