 QUALIFICATIONS

 Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field,
 </li>
 <li>
 Having strong knowledge on supply chain processes and deep knowledge on planning, material prucurement, inventory Management and optimization,
 </li>
 <li>
 Having strong knowledge in SAP - MM, PP, SD modules. Also PPDS, IBP knowledge is preferable,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong planning and organizational skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership abilities,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive and results oriented approach,
 </li>
 <li>
 Openness to new ideas,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strategic mindset to drive effective and sustainable solutions,
 </li>
 <li>

 JOB DESCRIPTION
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Report Performance metrics - on time, stock-outs, and inventory levels (excess and obsolete),
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyzing the optimization of the inventory level and making recommendations to the procurement and planning departments,
 </li>
 <li>
 Regular contacts with the plant logistics leaders to ensure alignment between the strategy and execution of field activities,
 </li>
 <li>
 Centralization, optimization, standardization, and integration of inventory across all business units and functions according to the supply chain roadmap,
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaboration with all related functions and plant logistics teams to optimize the freight network &amp; capacity at the lowest cost and fulfilling business objectives,
 </li>
 <li>
 Establishing a single source of truth across the organization in real time,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strategy Improvement, Risk Management and Best Practice Implementation.
 </li>
