Job Responsibilities
 
<ul>
<li>To prepare draft replies, applications, evidence, affidavits, writ petitions related to consumer, civil, commercial, arbitration, criminal, industrial disputes/ labour matters and other specialized litigations/ matters.</li>
<li>To efficiently handle and regularly update the management on the status of various litigations pending at various fora/courts/tribunals.</li>
<li>To advise, appear and represent the Company in various proceedings before courts /Tribunal /Commissions and other Govt. Authorities</li>
<li>Coordinate with lawyers and internal stakeholders/ functions for preparing replies/submissions and follow up with lawyers/consultants for managing end to end litigations filed for and against the Company</li>
<li>Advise busine team on the day-to-day queries related to legal issues /litigations</li>
<li>To conduct or coordinate research on legal issues & update stakeholders on the new judgements/ laws.</li>

LITIGATION & ADVISORY

Industry: Steering & Suspension parts (Sheet Metal Part Assemblies, Forging parts).

<li>Well conversant with Steering & Suspension parts (Sheet Metal- Press, Weld, Proprietary, Forging parts). Candidate having background knowledge of processes associated with these manufacturing technologies.</li>
<li>Capable of dealing with diversified suppliers.</li>
<li>Knowledge of costing, Quote analysis, Negotiation skills and basic financial knowledge.</li>
<li>Must have analytical, problem solving, technical & communication skills</li>
<li>Cost reduction with VAVE activities & Yield Improvement.</li>
<li>Ability to read & analyse Engineering Standards, technical documents & Drawings.</li>
<li>Good knowledge of IT tools like Microsoft office</li>
<li>Tooling cost estimation from part drawing by deploying ZBC Approach</li>
<li>Knowledge of structure of sheet metal and forging dies, tools & the cost, associated with the designing & Manufacturing</li>

To conceptualize, design, and produce high-impact video and static content using advanced generative AI platforms. This role combines creative design expertise with prompt engineering to deliver innovative and engaging multimedia assets that align with brand and campaign objectives of MSIL.

AI Video Content Creator

Team leadership and supervision
 
Supervise, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and contractors during the shift.
 
Delegate tasks and assign work orders based on priority, urgency, and staff skill levels.
 
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
 
Manage shift schedules, monitor attendance, and approve time-off requests to ensure adequate staffing.
 
Promote a positive, high-energy work environment and resolve any conflicts that arise.
 
Maintenance and operational duties
 
Preventive and predictive maintenance: 
Develop and execute PM schedules to maximize equipment uptime and reliability. Track maintenance activities using Equipment Management System (EMS).
 
Repairs and installations: 
Oversee and, when necessary, perform hands-on repairs, upgrades, and new equipment installations. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
 
Problem-solving: 
Act as the primary point of contact for all maintenance-related issues during the shift. Conduct root-cause analysis for equipment failures to prevent repeat incidents.
 
Inventory management: 
Monitor the inventory of spare parts and tools, placing new orders as needed to prevent supply shortages.
 
Reporting: 
Prepare and submit shift reports detailing completed work, ongoing issues, and equipment performance metrics (KPIs).
 
Shift handover: 
Communicate clearly with the incoming shift manager and production teams to ensure a smooth transition of tasks and a clear understanding of pending issues.
 
Safety and compliance
 
Enforce strict adherence to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
 
Lead safety initiatives, conduct routine inspections, and perform risk assessments for all maintenance tasks.
 
Ensure that all documentation related to safety, maintenance logs, and regulatory compliance is accurately maintained.
