A well-established technical contracting company in the UAE is seeking a qualified HVAC Project Engineer to manage and execute Air conditioning projects from planning to completion.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Interact with the Clients &amp; Consultants to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.</li><li>Study client requirements and prepare scope statements, proposals, and technical documentation</li><li>Review of drawings, specifications, and technical submissions</li><li>Plan, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned HVAC projects.</li><li>Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel&rsquo;s performance, Safety compliance, etc.) and report regularly on project status to the management.</li><li>Cooperate and communicate effectively with the Project Team and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.</li><li>Assign responsibilities and mentor the Project Team.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.</li><li>Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.</li><li>Plan, schedule, coordinate and execute HVAC engineering projects</li><li>Manage procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control of projects</li><li>Perform overall quality control and report project status to management</li><li>Site supervision and coordination with clients and consultants</li><li>Troubleshooting technical issues and implementing solutions</li><li>Assign responsibilities and mentor project teams</li><li>Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions</li><li>Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering</li><li>Minimum 3 years of proven working experience in HVAC project execution in UAE as a Project Engineer in a Medium / Small Contracting Company.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of HVAC/mechanical systems and industry standards</li><li>Ability to manage site teams and multiple projects</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license preferred.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li><li>A supportive and collaborative work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
