We are looking for a skilled and hands on Digital Marketing Executive to independently manage complete digital marketing activities for our business.The ideal candidate should be able to handle the full digital marketing process, including social media management, content creation, graphic design, video editing, website updates, SEO, paid advertising, online listings, lead generation campaigns, and performance reporting.This is an independent role suitable for a candidate who can plan, create, edit, publish, monitor, and report digital marketing activities without depending on a separate designer, video editor, content writer, or external marketing team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete digital marketing activities independently.Create and publish social media posts, reels, stories, banners, videos, and promotional content.Manage social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and other relevant channels.Design marketing materials including social media creatives, flyers, brochures, digital ads, banners, presentations, and basic promotional materials.Edit videos for reels, social media, advertisements, website use, and company promotional campaigns.Write content for captions, blogs, website pages, product descriptions, company profiles, brochures, and marketing campaigns.Update and maintain websites, including service pages, product pages, blogs, images, banners, enquiry forms, and landing pages.Improve website visibility through SEO activities such as keyword research, on page optimization, content optimization, image optimization, internal linking, and basic technical SEO checks.Plan, run, monitor, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns when required.Manage Google Business Profile updates, posts, photos, products, services, reviews, and performance tracking.Update company profiles on online directories, portals, and business listing platforms.Generate quality enquiries through digital marketing campaigns and online visibility activities.Track website traffic, leads, enquiries, campaign performance, keyword rankings, and social media engagement.Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports with results, insights, and improvement suggestions.Monitor competitor activity and suggest new digital marketing ideas.Support the sales team with marketing materials, product content, presentations, campaign support, and lead generation activities.Maintain professional branding and consistent communication across all digital platforms.Required SkillsStrong practical knowledge of digital marketing.Experience in social media management, content creation, SEO, paid ads, and lead generation.Good graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.Good video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.Ability to create reels, short videos, promotional videos, and basic corporate videos.Basic website management knowledge, preferably WordPress or similar CMS platforms.Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn marketing.Good English writing and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple platforms, campaigns, and marketing tasks independently.Good planning, time management, and reporting skills.Preferred Candidate ProfileCreative, proactive, and result oriented.Able to work independently and take full ownership of digital marketing execution.Strong hands on skills in content creation, graphic design, video editing, SEO, paid ads, and website updates.Able to understand technical products or services and present them in a simple and professional way.Experience in building materials, contracting, electrical, MEP, construction, industrial products, or B2B marketing will be an added advantage.Organized, detail oriented, and able to meet deadlines.QualificationBachelor degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, IT, or a related field.Digital marketing, Google Ads, SEO, design, or video editing certifications will be an added advantage.Application RequirementInterested candidates should apply with an updated CV by email to marveluae@gmail.com or by WhatsApp on +971 55 4672200.Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
