As a Seasonal Production Associate, you&rsquo;ll do a variety of tasks working in an environment where your safety is our top priority. An experienced training team will teach you how to safely use hand and power tools including saws, drills, and nail guns. We should point out that this is a physical role, you&rsquo;ll be moving around throughout the day using equipment to make beautiful windows and doors, ensuring each product meets the quality standards of our premium products.</div><div></div><div><br>

Monday &ndash; Thursday shift options with mandatory overtime generally every other Friday:</b><ul><li><b>
1</b><b>st</b><b> Shift:</b> 5:30AM &ndash; 3:30PM <b>Pay:</b> $21 per hour</li><li><b>
2</b><b>nd</b><b> Shift:</b> 3:30PM &ndash; 1:30AM <b>Pay:</b> $24 per hour ($22 + $2 differential rate)</li></ul></li></ul>
Highlights of your role:
<ul><li>Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, this could include drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw</li><li>
Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out essential job functions and work with your team</li><li>
Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines</li><li>
Cross-train in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday</li></ul>
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
<ul><li>Lift, carry, push, and pull a variety of objects weighing 10 lbs. to 70 lbs.</li><li>
Grip 65 lbs.</li><li>
Bend, twist, stoop, and climb</li><li>
Stand and walk on concrete</li></ul>
Also want to make sure you have:
<ul><li>A High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)</li><li>
Strong attention to detail</li><li>
The desire to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
General experience with computers</li></ul>

Seasonal Production Associate

<div>Job Overview:
<div>
The Quality Engineer is responsible for understanding quality performance and customer feedback to drive quality improvement in the manufacturing process. This person will act as a leader on key quality initiatives and will serve as a primary resource to drive continuous improvement into quality systems.</div>
Highlights of your role:
<ul><li>Provide quality leadership utilizing quality systems, data analysis, project prioritization and project management</li><li>
Gather external and internal customer feedback and driving quality improvement throughout operations</li><li>
Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce instances of field service calls</li><li>
Support Quality driven manufacturing initiatives by leading or participating in improvement initiatives</li><li>
Facilitate document control, product and process qualification, and audit processes</li><li>
Observe continuous improvement testing efforts and coordinate root cause analysis of product failures</li><li>
Provide support to Quality team members to improve process for quality assurance of incoming materials and data exchange with external supply chain partners</li><li>
Promote the Quality Management System and ensure processes are in alignment with QMS</li></ul>
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
<ul><li>Bachelor of Science in Engineering, or 4- year technical degree</li><li>
4-6 years of related experience in manufacturing setting, preferred</li></ul><br>
