This position is responsible for screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and financial data, training and supervising other support staff, and customer relations. Responsible for organizing complex activities such as meetings and travel</p></li><li><p>
Assists with clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, phone correspondence and collating</p></li><li><p>
Sort and distribute mail</p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p>
Type and design general correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc.</p></li><li><p>
Handle confidential and non-routine information</p></li><li><p>
Act as a project manager for special projects</p></li><li><p>
Assist with Orientation of new hires</p></li><li><p>
Professionally answers all incoming calls.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly.</p></li><li><p>
Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.</p></li></ul></div></div></div></div><p></p><div><div><p><b>
