The successful candidate will play a key role in our commitment to achieving the best results for our clients through trial experience, deposition handling, and effective case management. Applicants must be well-versed in utilizing Pre-Litigation settlement experience to negotiate favorable outcomes for clients and demonstrate proficiency in Pre-Litigation case management, handling cases from sign to settlement. JOB DESCRIPTIONOur Atlanta based branch is seeking to hire a case manager for its Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Department.
