Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Manage and lead internal and external project teams to ensure on-budget and on-schedule delivery.</li><li>
Contract management from the standpoint of identifying potential change orders, changes in scope, changes in field conditions, changes in ability to perform as bid with means and methods.</li><li>
Managing Subcontractor and Vendor relationships including identifying and mitigating potential risk exposure and cost overrun exposure.</li><li>
Report and communicate to external customer(s) and internal management each day.</li><li>
Build processes and teams required to deliver all project requirements.</li><li>
Coordinate with the Project Construction Lead for timing, execution, and closeout of individual projects.</li><li>
Lead weekly meetings with the client and project team.</li><li>

The HSE Specialist is responsible for acting as the front-line safety professional conducting safety inspections, observations, investigations, safety training, and regulatory compliance for OSHA, DOT, and EPA. The Safety Specialist anticipates and predicts hazards based on experience, historical data, and other informational sources. This role identifies and recognizes hazards in existing or future systems, equipment, products, facilities, work sites and operational work procedures. The specialist evaluates and assesses the probability and severity of loss events and accidents which may result from actual or potential hazards. The specialist applies methods of conducting hazard analyses and interprets the results. The specialist provides advice and counseling about compliance with safety, health and environmental laws, codes, regulations, standards, and the related company requirements.</div>
