Job Summary</b></div><div>
The <b>OHE Lineman A</b> assists Journeyman Lineman and the Foreman while in training and learning the trade. Responsible for performing diversified work related to the construction and maintenance of poles, power lines, auxiliary facilities, and equipment for the distribution of electricity. Sets a good example for newer apprentices by always following and teaching safe practices. This position supports the Line team and works with other personnel from the department.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Construct, maintain, and inspect transmission and distribution of electrical or power lines.</li><li>
Provide technical skills needed for the operation and maintenance of reliable electrical services for the consumer, completing jobs with quality and timeliness.</li><li>
Provide for connecting and disconnecting, installing and removal, moving and transferring of various electrical devices on customer facilities, i.e. transformers, transformer banks, regulators, switches, switching devices, capacitor banks, etc.</li><li>
Route or reroute power lines over, under, or around existing lines and structures.</li><li>
Inspect and/or remove power lines that are damaged.</li><li>
Assist in carrying poles, digging holes, and other such operations involved in setting or replacing poles.</li><li>
Perform line switching or sectionalizing, as directed.</li><li>
Assist in on-the-job training of apprentices and other crew members in maintenance and construction of power lines.</li><li>
Responsible for timely submission of all Apprentice Program required documentation.</li><li>
May troubleshoot electrical problems on customer equipment.</li><li>
Drive bucket truck to jobsite and maintain truck stock.</li><li>
Investigate consumer complaints and make repairs to energized electrical distribution lines, as needed.</li><li>
Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Minimum</b></div><ul><li>
High school diploma, or equivalent.</li><li>
3 years of lineman experience.</li><li>
Valid Class A CDL is required.</li></ul><div><b>
Preferred</b></div><ul><li>
5 or more years of experience.</li><li>

Physical Demands and Work Environment</b></div><div>
This job operates in a field environment. This role routinely requires extended periods of bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, lifting in awkward positions, standing, and twisting. Also, working in inclement weather conditions, such as extreme heat, extreme cold, rain, ice, snow, and wind. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. This position is physically active, with lifting required. Must be able to bend and lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more or 20 inches or less, with the ability to judge distance and space relationships. Precise hand-eye coordination. Job Summary</b></div><div>
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and general office support to the site and regional operations. The Administrative Assistant directly impacts business operations by providing efficient and effective support directly to the field. The Administrative Assistant will act as the primary point of contact for site personnel, Operations Managers, and Regional Support Managers.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Establish and maintain a filing system, ensuring documentation/information is current and can be readily retrieved.</li><li>
Assist with external and internal vendor relations, including but not limited to, payment of invoices, new vendor setup, and resolution of any vendor issues.</li><li>
Handle incoming calls, emails, and company related correspondence daily, including customer inquiries and complaints, routing inquiries/requests to appropriate individual/department for response, following up and providing any coordination necessary to ensure response occurs in timely, efficient manner.</li><li>
Assist customers with immediate needs and help employees with tasks related to customer requests.</li><li>
Track paperwork, process new work/projects, change the status of work/projects, complete CUs, create invoices for all jobs and keep a detailed record of start and end dates in a separate log.</li><li>
Organize and coordinate staff and other meetings, including preparing materials pertaining to agenda items, following up with staff members regarding status of action items, etc.</li><li>
Respond timely to requests from Resource Management and Field Operations.</li><li>
Keep site bulletin boards updated and neatly organized with company newsletters, safety bingo, daily scorecards, federal posters, workers compensation information, etc.</li><li>
Attend crew meetings as needed to collect documents, communicate information, and respond to inquiries.</li><li>
Maintain safe work environment by following and supporting safe practices.</li><li>
Prepare and submit expense reports weekly in accordance with company policy, including for traveling technicians and new hires.</li><li>
Receive payroll timesheets and input in a timely fashion to ensure employees get paid on time.</li><li>
Assist/provide backup support to other office support employees as required.</li><li>
Coordinate special projects as assigned.</li><li>
Assist and support field management on projects and daily business needs.</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Job Summary
</b></div><div>The Electrical Utility Distribution Operations Manager provides administrative and technical management for projects and direction of field operations through subordinate managers. This position manages field operations and works with customers, senior leaders, as well as personnel from various other departments.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
*** To be considered for this role you MUST have Electrical Utility Distribution experience with Supervisory experience in the same industry.</b></div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Oversee total construction effort to ensure projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.</li><li>
Interface with field managers, clients, subcontractors, and owners to assure customer satisfaction.</li><li>
Plan, coordinate, and/or supervise activities of all operations' employees on assigned projects.</li><li>
Confer with project personnel to update project schedules on a weekly basis.</li><li>
Keep direct contact with projects in progress by visiting project sites.</li><li>
Assist in disputes on all projects, negotiating as required to reach a resolution of construction problems.</li><li>
Oversee all bid projects, including P&amp;L responsibility and management of fleet assets dedicated to bid projects.</li><li>
Work with Office Manager to ensure compliance with all internal reporting deadlines.</li><li>
Prepare weekly revenue and cost reports.</li><li>
Prepare and submit invoicing on a weekly basis. Work to resolve all accounts receivable invoices over 51 days.</li><li>
Ensure all company, client, and project policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to and interpret policies as required.</li><li>
Cultivate and continuously seek to enhance an in-depth understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities.</li><li>
Assist with implementation/interpretation of safety programs. Liaise with estimating to ensure projects comply with cost, revenue, and schedule.</li><li>
Examine estimates of material, equipment, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure completeness and accuracy.</li><li>
Prepare status reports and modify schedules or plans as required.</li><li>
Prepare project reports for management, client, or others, including dollar estimates to complete and variance analysis for significant items.</li><li>
Analyze projects for adherence to budget and percentage of profitability.</li><li>
Directly supervise 3 to 10 supervisors.</li><li>
Carry out supervisory responsibilities such as training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees, and addressing complaints or resolving problems according to company policies.</li><li>
Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science, Engineering, or related field.</li><li><b>
MUST</b> have 5 years of experience Electrical Utility Distribution industry experience i.e. Overhead and Underground Distribution.</li><li>
Previous Electrical Utility Distribution supervisory experience.</li></ul><div><b>
Preferred
</b></div><ul><li>8 or more years of related experience, with significant supervisory experience.</li><li>
