We are seeking a skilled and professional Spa Therapist to join a luxury spa in Kuwait.The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality spa treatments, ensuring exceptional customer service, and creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for guests. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness therapies.</li><li>Assess guest needs and recommend suitable treatments based on individual requirements.</li><li>Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the treatment rooms and spa facilities.</li><li>Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout their spa experience.</li><li>Educate clients on available spa services, products, and post-treatment care.</li><li>Uphold spa protocols and industry best practices to deliver consistent and professional services.</li><li>Assist in promoting spa services and products to maximize revenue.</li><li>Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements in spa treatments and wellness therapies.</li><li>Adhere to company policies, health, and safety regulations.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills: <ul><li>Proven experience as a Spa Therapist , Massage Therapist, or a related role in a luxury spa or wellness center.</li><li>Certified in massage therapy, body treatments. </li><li>Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, body treatments, and skincare therapies.</li><li>Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication abilities.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.</li><li>Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.</li></ul>Benefits: <ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Shared Accommodation provided</li><li>Medical insurance.</li><li>Work Visa</li><li>Flight ticket</li></ul>How to Apply: Interested candidates can submit their CV and work portfolioJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
