Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee daily salon operations and staff schedules</li><li>Maintain high standards of hygiene and customer service</li><li>Achieve monthly sales and service targets</li><li>Train, motivate and supervise stylists, technicians, and reception staff</li><li>Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers</li><li>Handle customer feedback, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction</li><li>Develop marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract clients</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Female candidates only (ladies&rsquo; salon)</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years&rsquo; experience in salon management in the UAE (preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of beauty &amp; wellness services</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills</li><li>Customer-oriented with ability to upsell services</li><li>Ability to manage social media promotions is a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
