 School Food Service Manager needed for food service program in the Ocala, FL area . Monday through Friday, day shift, 6 hours per day. No weekends, or holidays. Summers off.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 The ideal candidate will have a good attitude and be a reliable team player. We will train on Manager responsibilities. Knowledge of kitchen equipment, tools, following standardized recipes and food safety standards are required. Experience with leading a team is required.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 ServSafe&reg; certification a plus. If not we will train to obtain the certificate.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Over see cafeteria operation on a daily basis.
  </li>
  <li>
   Serving, food preparation, etc.
  </li>
  <li>
   Observe that the quality, and food safety procedures are being followed at all times
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare inventories, and month end paperwork.
  </li>
  <li>
   See that personal protection equipment is being used at all times.
  </li>
  <li>
   Over see cafeteria staff, and staffing needs.
  </li>
