Negotiating with the suppliers and ensuring that we are getting good rates.2. Responsible for ensuring timely deliveries and planning stocks.3. Manage record of orders issues and delivery issues.4. Order entry to be done in SAP.5. Ensure all purchasing records are up to date, generated periodically.6. Weekly review inventory level versus production schedule planning;7. Monitoring stock and inspecting8. Maintaining the database of material9. Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.10. Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets11. Ensure that purchase quality, quantity, delivery and price is correct12. Good communication and negotiation skills13. Research potential vendors14. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers15. Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases16. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices17. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed18. Make Purchase Order19.
