The consultant will develop a comprehensive business strategy, conduct market analysis, and guide our setup and early growth. This role involves ensuring scalability, mentoring our team, and positioning the firm effectively in the market.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement a business strategy and roadmap for the firm.</li><li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis.</li><li>Ensure the business setup is scalable and ready for growth.</li><li>Mentor and train the founding team on best practices in running an accounting business.</li><li>Provide ongoing strategic advice and support.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in business strategy, market analysis, and startup development, ideally in the accounting or professional services sector.</li><li>Familiarity with accounting services and scaling new businesses.</li><li>Strong communication and mentorship skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Contract Contract length: 12 monthsExpected hours: 20 &ndash; 40 per week
