 Role Overview
 
 
 
 We are looking for an HR &amp; Talent Partner to join our two-person HR &amp; Talent team and support people operations across our global workforce. This role will cover recruitment, operations, onboarding, HR administration, and employee experience, while also contributing to HR initiatives across the broader organization as needed.
 
 
 This is a hands-on role that blends recruiting with day-to-day people operations. You will work closely with the HR &amp; Talent team and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Recruitment
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own recruiting and coordination: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and pipeline management
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct interviews
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage job postings, candidate communications, and ATS (Kula) hygiene
 </li>
 <li>
 Support hiring managers with interview scheduling and debrief coordination
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 HR Operations &amp; Administration
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as a point of contact for employee and contractor HR inquiries across the organization
 </li>
 <li>
 Support onboarding workflows for new hires: documentation, system access, orientation scheduling
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with payroll coordination and contractor payment tracking
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain employee records, track PTO, and support offboarding processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Help coordinate benefits administration and compliance-related tasks
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 People &amp; Culture Initiatives
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the rollout of HR policies and processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with workforce analytics, reporting, and ad-hoc HR projects as needed
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, People Operations, or a generalist role
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) &ndash; this is a fully English-speaking organization
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with recruitment operations: sourcing, screening, ATS management
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with HR fundamentals: onboarding, payroll basics, benefits administration
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in distributed or remote companies across multiple time zones
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable with HR tools and platforms (experience with Gusto, Deel, or similar is a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-starter mentality &ndash; you will operate with significant autonomy
 </li>
