Job Summary:We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand our freight forwarding business in Delhi &amp; Northern Region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, freight carriers, and industry partners.</li><li>Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.</li><li>Negotiate freight rates, contracts, and service agreements with clients and vendors.</li><li>Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Generate leads, conduct meetings, and close deals to expand the customer base.</li><li>Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain solutions.</li><li>Excellent sales, negotiation, and business development skills.</li><li>Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.</li><li>Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Experience in handling multi-modal transportation (Air, Ocean, Road).</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.</li></ul>Excellent communication and presentation skills.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;70,682.88 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person
