Job Overview:We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Senior Marketing Manager with strong experience in ERP / IT Solutions marketing. The ideal candidate should have expertise in B2B lead generation, digital campaigns, brand positioning, and working closely with sales teams to generate high-quality leads for ERP solutions.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute marketing strategies for ERP / IT solutions.</li><li>Drive B2B lead generation campaigns via LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, webinars, and content marketing.</li><li>Create positioning strategies for ERP products (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or custom ERP solutions).</li><li>Work closely with the sales team to ensure Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) convert into SQLs.</li><li>Plan and execute webinars, product demos, case studies, and whitepapers to attract enterprise clients.</li><li>Manage digital marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, paid campaigns, remarketing).</li><li>Analyze campaign performance, ROI, CAC, and pipeline contribution.</li><li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis in ERP / SaaS domain.</li><li>Build brand authority in IT &amp; ERP solutions across digital platforms.</li><li>Lead and mentor the marketing team.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of marketing experience in ERP / IT .</li><li>Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and enterprise sales funnel.</li><li>Experience in marketing ERP platforms such as Odoo, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.</li><li>Proven track record in lead generation for ERP or IT services.</li><li>Experience with CRM &amp; marketing automation tools.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience handling international markets (US, UK, Middle East).</li><li>Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM).</li><li>Exposure to ERP implementation lifecycle and IT consulting sales process.</li><li>Ability to work in multiple time zones (if required).</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):<ul><li>Monthly Qualified Leads (MQLs &amp; SQLs)</li><li>Cost per Lead (CPL)</li><li>Marketing ROI</li><li>Pipeline contribution</li><li>Brand visibility &amp; engagement metrics</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹35,526.06 - ₹70,299.96 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
