 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 Initiation &amp; Alignment

 Develop and maintain the

 , ensuring alignment with business objectives, success criteria, and value realization goals.

 Identify and engage key stakeholders; define stakeholder expectations and communication needs.
 </li>

 Planning
 
 
 <ul>

 Establish and baseline the
 
 Integrated Project Management Plan
 
 , including scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, risk, communication, and procurement components.
 </li>
 <li>
 Define
 
 Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
 
 , milestones, delivery dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan resource allocation in coordination with technical leads and functional managers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure alignment between delivery plans, payment milestones, and contractual terms.
 </li>

 Execution
 
 
 <ul>

 Direct and manage project work in accordance with the approved project plan and governance framework.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate cross-functional teams (AI, data, platform, infrastructure) to support CPMAI&trade; phases such as business understanding, data understanding, modeling, deployment, and monitoring.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the primary point of integration between PMO, technical teams, vendors, and clients.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Monitoring &amp; Controlling
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor project performance against baselined scope, schedule, and cost using defined KPIs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify, assess, and manage
 
 risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID)
 
 proactively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Control scope through formal
 
 Change Control
 
 processes and assess impact on time, cost, and value.
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce accurate and timely
 
 project status reports
 
 and forecasts for stakeholders.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Closure &amp; Value Realization
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure formal project closure, including deliverable acceptance, documentation handover, and lessons learned.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support value realization tracking and post-delivery performance monitoring where applicable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all contractual and governance artifacts (e.g., CoCs, invoices, approvals) are completed and archived.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 8+
 
 years of experience
 
 in technology project management, including delivery of complex, data-driven or AI-enabled solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 PMP&reg;, PRINCE2&reg;, or equivalent PMI-aligned certification is required
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 
 PMI-CPMAI&trade; certification is a strong advantage
 
 , with demonstrated understanding of analytics and AI project lifecycles.

 Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, governance enforcement, and cross-functional coordination.

 Quality Assurance Specialist
 
 experienced in software testing and defect management. The role involves executing manual and automated tests, identifying and tracking defects, and working with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop test plans, test cases, and comprehensive testing strategies for software applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare, configure, and maintain testing environments to ensure readiness for all test cycles
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute manual and automated tests and accurately document all test results
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify, log, and track defects discovered during testing phases
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with developers to ensure effective defect resolution and re-testing
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and perform comprehensive test coverage activities to maximize efficiency and quality
 </li>
 <li>
 Validate applied fixes and conduct regression testing to ensure no new defects are introduced and that existing functionalities remain stable
 </li>
 <li>
 Review business and technical requirements to ensure completeness, testability, and alignment with quality standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor software quality metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
 </li>
 <li>
 Support release activities by performing final quality verification and sign-off procedures

 Mentor junior QA team members and promote quality assurance best practices across projects

 Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

 Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards, policies, and software development methodologies

 Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

 Minimum 2+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience in manual and automated testing methodologies
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with test automation frameworks and tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Agile/Scrum software development practices
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Certifications
