 The People &amp; Capability team that supports the Services business is looking for a Analyst to support the design, administration and performance analysis of some of the Sales Compensation programs for Services. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the Services business, Sales Compensation and the overall People &amp; Capability function. The individual in this role will work in close collaboration with Sales Leaders, People Business Partners and Total Rewards to ensure the Sales Compensation programs, processes and initiatives are implemented and managed effectively. This position reports into the Director leading the Services Sales Compensation team within the People &amp; Capability function.

 Partner with team members and key stakeholders including Services Business Development and Total Rewards to support in the following areas:

 Design of new incentive programs
 </li>

 Evolution of existing incentive programs

 Ongoing administration of existing incentive programs

 Conducting performance analysis of existing incentive programs

 In line with Mastercard&rsquo;s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  Lead commercial card and new payment flows programs end‑to‑end&mdash;shaping product roadmaps, orchestrating sales motions, and delivering operational readiness across corporate and SME segments.
