Purchasing and Sales for Industrial Distributor:

Task responsibilities:

<li>Receiving Inventory (Inventory Receipts)</li>
<li>Purchasing Inventory (Placing Purchase orders with vendors/manufacturers)</li>
<li>Purchase Requisitions</li>
<li>Order Tracking</li>
<li>Ability to use Vendor Portals</li>
<li>Packing Lists (Coordinating with shipping personal)</li>
<li>Vendor/Manufacturer Communications</li>
<li>Communication with Customers (Customer Service)</li>
</ul>Necessary Qualifications/Qualities: 
<ul>
<li>Highly detail-oriented and thorough.</li>
<li>Ability to adapt, and act fast and appropriately.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Customer service skills necessary</li>
<li>Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment</li>
<li>Assertive</li>
<li>Strong Phone skills</li>
<li>Marketing skills a plus</li>
<li>Strong computer skills necessary</li>
<li>Some knowledge of QuickBooks program a plus</li>
<li>Able to receive and incorporate constructive feedback</li>
<li>Ability to learn quickly</li>
