We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Google Ads to manage and scale our international campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen).Manage campaign budgets, track performance, and deliver ROI-driven results.Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.Monitor analytics (Google Analytics 4, conversion tracking, remarketing, etc.).Collaborate with content/design teams to create engaging ad creatives.Run A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.Requirements:Proven experience (3+ years) in managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.Strong knowledge of PPC strategy, bidding, remarketing, and lead generation.Hands-on experience with Performance Max &amp; Demand Gen campaigns.Familiarity with SEO, Facebook/Instagram Ads (bonus).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and reporting skills.What We Offer:Competitive salary (as per experience).Opportunity to work on international campaigns (India, US, UK, UAE, etc.).Growth-oriented environment.Learning and upskilling opportunities.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
