We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager &amp; Sales Representative to join our team.This role combines client-facing sales with project coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers while managing projects from start to finish.Duties<ul><li>Work directly with customers to understand project needs and provide accurate countertop quotes</li><li>Manage projects from initial consultation through installation</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (templating, fabrication, installation) to ensure smooth workflow</li><li>Create and manage quotes using company CRM</li><li>Maintain communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle</li><li>Ensure timelines, details, and customer expectations are met</li><li>Follow company processes and contribute to efficient operations</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous sales and project manager experience is a plus</li><li>Strong communication skills with both clients and team members</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and professional</li><li>Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude</li><li>Strong computer skills and ability to learn CRM and inventory systems</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record</li></ul>Pay is based on experience and will be discussed at interview.
