Company DescriptionMastery Dispatch LLC is a U.S.-based freight dispatching company looking for a motivated, English-speaking Remote Dispatcher located in Egypt.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, REMOTE role for a Remote Dispatcher located in Egypt, booking loads in the United States. The Remote Dispatcher will be responsible for managing and scheduling transportation routes, coordinating with drivers and clients, monitoring real-time delivery operations, and responding promptly to any operational challenges. The role also entails ensuring compliance with transport regulations, maintaining accurate records, and communicating efficiently through various channels to ensure seamless operations. You will also be responsible for booking loads, negotiating rates, communicating with brokers, supporting drivers, and ensuring smooth operations from pickup to delivery.Responsibilities<ul><li>Find and book profitable loads for Carriers</li><li>Negotiate top rates with brokers</li><li>Communicate with drivers throughout the day</li><li>Prepare and submit rate confirmations, BOLs, and PODs</li><li>Track Shipments start to finish</li><li>Maintain daily activity logs and reports</li><li>Handle urgent issues while on-call</li><li>Meet weekly performance goals</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Must Live In Egypt</li><li>STRONG ENGLISH ( Spoken and written)</li><li>Experience in U.S. Trucking, dispatching, customer service, or call center highly preferred</li><li>Laptop/PC, stable internet, and a quiet workspace</li><li>Ability to work the full time U.S. Schedule: 9AM-6PM EST</li><li>Motivated, Organized, and Reliable</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills for managing schedules, coordinating with stakeholders, and addressing operational challenges</li><li>Knowledge of transportation management systems and dispatching tools</li><li>Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills for responding to and resolving scheduling or operation issues effectively</li><li>Ability to deliver excellent customer service under time-sensitive conditions</li><li>Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn new software quickly</li><li>Familiarity with transportation regulations and operational procedures is an advantage</li><li>Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail</li></ul>COMPENSATION<ul><li>400 USD Per Month/ 19,040EGP</li><li>+ 2% commission when booking $4,200/week or more per truck</li><li>+1% commission incentive for carriers you find and onboard. Carrier list will be provided and you will just have to connect with a carrier and get them to onboard with Mastery Dispatch.
