Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee daily business operations across departments.</li><li>Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics.</li><li>Manage inventory, logistics, and supply chain processes (if applicable).</li><li>Coordinate between departments (sales, HR, finance, etc.) for seamless operations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.</li><li>Identify and resolve workflow or efficiency issues.</li><li>Report operational performance and suggest improvements to senior management.</li><li>Lead, motivate, and manage a team of staff or supervisors.</li><li>Manage vendor and third-party relationships.</li><li>Plan and execute strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).</li><li>Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in operations, supply chain, or general management.</li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and operations management.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>operations: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>
