<div>Shift: Thurs-Sat, and every other Wed from 5pm-5am.

Primary Function:

The essential function of this position is to provide day-to-day assistance and complete cleaning activities as required by the Sanitation department.

Primary Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Assist with cleaning duties for both the interior and exterior warehouse</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist with conventional and organic cleaning on production lines</li></ul>
<ul><li>Work as a team member; follow directions and offer support and suggestions when necessary</li></ul>
<ul><li>Attend all training for Sanitation, Health &amp; Safety and Food Safety, adhere and maintain compliance to all company policies, rules and regulations</li></ul>
<ul><li>Wear personal protective equipment as prescribed</li></ul>
<ul><li>Operate all machinery and equipment safely, as prescribed (e.g., fork-lift, scissor-lift, weed whacker, vacuums, floor scrubber, pressure washers, etc)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Do some heavy lifting and break-down of equipment</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain records as prescribed</li></ul>

Education/Background Requirements:
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li></ul>
<ul><li>One-year related work experience preferred</li></ul>

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
<ul><li>Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude, show willingness to work independently, with minimal supervision, take ownership of job, with a strong degree of professionalism and personal integrity</li></ul>
<ul><li>Must follow all company policies, rules and regulations &ndash; especially those for Health &amp; Safety and Food Safety</li></ul>
<ul><li>Must handle all chemicals safely, as prescribed</li></ul>
<ul><li>Must work responsibly in a way to minimize damage to company equipment or property</li></ul>

Working Conditions:
<ul><li>Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing facility</li></ul>
<ul><li>Working conditions included refrigerate warehouses (30 F to 70 F)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Must be capable of lifting up to 30 lbs</li></ul>

Sanitation Associate I- B2

<div>Full-Time Day Shift 6:00AM - 5:30PM, 3 days, 4 days Rotating schedule

Primary Function:

The essential function of this position is to manage the administrative functions of the Production department as well of other warehouse departments as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Review employee&rsquo;s timesheets to close weekly payroll.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Enter agency employees in the computer system.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Run reports using various computer systems.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Communicate with managers daily regarding production time for all shifts.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Receive and review fill rate numbers for all shifts.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Record information and generate documents to management.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Review paperwork from the production lines and insure all information is processed and recorded accurately.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Import food safety trainings into the computer system.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Review group transfer reports to make sure employees in the correct department.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Research issues with time clock malfunctions and submit information to the help desk.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Review and analyze inventory transactions; ensure proper adherence to departmental policy.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist with performing material inventory control, matching physical inventory to NAV inventory.</li></ul>

Education/Background Requirements:
<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li></ul>

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
<ul><li>Microsoft Office; Word &amp; Excel. Intermediate skill level.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Microsoft Dynamics NAV.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Basic arithmetic and math (counting) skills.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Attention to detail.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Related work experience in this field.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Good communication skills.</li></ul>

Working Conditions:
<ul><li>Combination of office (80%) and refrigerated warehouse (20%) environment.</li></ul>
