<div><div>We&rsquo;re seeking a Brand Manager to serve as the dedicated brand lead for Chispa on the Affinity team at Match Group. This role focuses on the US Hispanic community and carries meaningful ownership of the brand&rsquo;s strategy and growth.</div>

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>How you'll make an impact:</b></h3><div>
<ul><li>Lead integrated marketing programs across product launches, PR, promotions, influencer marketing, and community campaigns to build brand awareness and drive app registrations</li>
<li>Act as the voice of the customer, representing and advocating for the needs of the Latino community, especially Gen Z Latinos. You will connect with and advocate for the bicultural consumer and need a deep understanding of bicultural audiences.</li>
<li>Translate strategic insights, knowledge, and trends about the Latino community and dating preferences into actionable brand initiatives</li>
<li>Help make Chispa a most-loved brand by getting Chispa into Latino culture, through partnerships, social, experiential, influencer campaigns, and more</li>
<li>Support development of brand KPIs, assess campaign performance, and identify new community-relevant opportunities and partnerships to accelerate growth</li>
<li>Partner closely with Product to shape product marketing strategy and ensure seamless integration of features into the brand narrative</li>
<li>Manage agencies (creative, social, PR, influencer) and external partners from ideation to campaign execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, media, performance marketing, product, technology, PR) to ensure cohesive brand execution</li>
<li>Own social media strategy, including channel and content strategy and brand voice, to drive cultural relevance, engagement, and downloads</li>
<li>Lead influencer marketing strategy and execution, building scalable and culturally authentic creator programs</li>
<li>In close partnership with the Sr Director, Affinity, drive the Chispa brand strategy, serving as the dedicated brand steward and primary point of accountability for how the brand shows up across all consumer touchpoints</li>
<li>Operate with autonomy while partnering closely with the Sr. Director of Affinity Brand Marketing, bringing strategic thinking and strong execution to elevate Chispa within the Affinity portfolio</li>
</ul></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>We could be a match if you have:
</b></h3><ul><li>6+ years of marketing and brand strategy experience, preferably within consumer mobile apps, digital platforms, or high-growth consumer startups (agency experience is a plus)</li>
<li>
<div>Experience owning or leading brand campaigns that reach bicultural audiences</div>
</li>
<li>Deep passion for, understanding of, and immersion in the US Latino community; bilingual English/Spanish required</li>
<li>
<div>Proven experience leading integrated campaigns and influencer marketing programs from strategy through execution</div>
</li>
<li><div>Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience managing agency partners and collaborating with diverse stakeholders</div>
</li>
<li><div>A balance of creative storytelling and analytical rigor, with comfort interpreting performance metrics and optimizing accordingly</div>
</li>
<li><div>An entrepreneurial mindset &mdash; self-starter, scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable operating as the primary brand lead</div>

<li><div>Ability to build relationships and community connections, especially within the Latino market</div>
</li>
<li><div>Ideally, creative skills and familiarity with Canva or other creative tools</div>

</ul><div>The salary range for this position is $105,000 - 130,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in Dallas, Texas and Los Angeles, CA. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.</div><div>

Talent Coordinator &amp; Operations at Match Group play a pivotal role in both Talent Acquisition (TA) processes and operational excellence. This hybrid role is essential in facilitating the seamless execution of hiring activities while also supporting broader TA operations to drive efficiencies across the team.</div>

<li>Manage end-to-end interview coordination for complex, high-volume, and multi-timezone hiring, ensuring an efficient and candidate-focused experience.</li>
<li>Schedule and coordinate interviews using tools such as Google Calendar, Gmail, GoodTime, and Lever, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes to keep interviews on track.</li>
<li>Partner with recruiters to align interview logistics with candidate availability, role priorities, and interviewer constraints.</li>
<li>Coordinate interviews for executive and senior leadership roles, partnering closely with Executive Assistants to manage complex calendars, confidentiality, and shifting priorities.</li>
<li>Oversee interview logistics, including debrief coordination, candidate travel, and meal vouchers.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate ATS and recruiting system records (e.g., Lever, GoodTime), upholding documentation standards and flagging issues that impact data quality or candidate experience.</li>
<li>Share coordination insights and trends (e.g., scheduling bottlenecks, candidate feedback) to support improvements in hiring efficiency.</li>
<li>Conduct candidate office tours and support professional onsite candidate communications.</li>
<li>Support scheduling and logistics for rotational and early-career programs, as needed.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Talent Operations</b></h3><ul>
<li>Support and optimize recruiting tools and systems (e.g., GoodTime, Lever, CodeSignal, CRM, Assessment tools) to ensure efficiency and usability across the business.</li>
<li>Serve as a point of contact for ATS and scheduling tool execution (e.g., Lever, GoodTime), troubleshooting operational issues and escalating system gaps or recurring challenges as needed.</li>
<li>Track and surface operational trends and risks (e.g., scheduling delays, interviewer load, debrief completion gaps), sharing insights with recruiters to support smoother hiring execution.</li>
<li>Create and maintain coordination-related documentation, templates, and best practices to support consistency and continuity during the contract period.</li>
<li>Provide operational support during process changes, system updates, or peak hiring periods, helping ensure minimal disruption to active hiring workflows.</li>

</b></h3><ul><li>4+ years of experience coordinating Engineering and Non-Engineering interviews, managing end-to-end scheduling and logistics across multiple time zones.</li>
<li>Proficiency with scheduling and recruitment tools, including GoodTime, Gmail, Google Calendar, Lever, CodeSignal, and other ATS/interview scheduling platforms.</li>
<li>Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.</li>
<li>Highly organized, with demonstrated success managing complex schedules, interviewer availability, and candidate logistics simultaneously.</li>
<li>Proven communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and effectively to a wide range of stakeholders.</li>
<li>Proactive and detail-oriented; thrives in fast-paced environments while anticipating challenges and adapting quickly.</li>
