<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>How You&rsquo;ll Make an Impact:
</b></h3><ul><li>Serve as a critical hands-on member of our People team, helping develop and implement programs such as onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and culture.</li><li>
Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs<b>)</b>&mdash;including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and Learning &amp; Development&mdash;to deliver seamless people programs.</li><li>
Foster a diverse workplace where employees contribute to their fullest potential; identify opportunities to improve leadership capabilities and increase engagement, productivity, and retention.</li><li>
Provide day-to-day mentorship and coaching to develop leaders and employees at all levels, maintaining a high bar for leadership principles, workplace behavior, and what we value.</li><li>
Support leaders with employee engagement, employee relations, conflict resolution, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.</li><li>
Drive change management efforts, ensuring employee and stakeholder impact are at the forefront of decisions and that changes are executed in alignment with company principles.</li><li>
Provide insight into the annual performance management and compensation review process within assigned business units.</li><li>
Own our internal HRIS systems for onboarding, offboarding, and human capital management.(Tech Partner Focus) For PBPs aligned to Tech: partner directly with U.S. Tech teams to support organizational growth and team effectiveness.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What We're Looking For:
</b></h3><ul><li>5+ years of broad HR experience in startup, large company, or high-growth environments. Background in diversified business structures or tech is a bonus.</li><li>
Experience working in fast-moving, growing organizations and serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and/or executives.</li><li>
Strong ability to influence, communicate, and present clearly and concisely to senior leaders, managers, and team members.</li><li>
Demonstrated knowledge across core HR domains: performance management, talent management, compensation, employee relations, and compliance.</li><li>
Experience using tools such as Workday, Monday.com, CultureAmp (Jira is a plus for Tech-aligned PBPs).</li><li>
Comfort using data and insights to inform solutions, balanced with empathy and alignment to culture and principles.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

What We're Looking For</b></h3><ul><li>
A strong writer with an ear for dialogue &mdash; you can capture how people really talk, and you can write voices beyond your own.</li><li>
Experienced in content design, conversation design, or UX writing (4+ years), ideally with exposure to AI or dialogue systems.</li><li>
Skilled at creating dialogue datasets and training data for AI models, with experience evaluating and refining LLM outputs.</li><li>
Empathetic and research-driven &mdash; curious about psychology, relationships, and how words affect feelings as much as behavior.</li><li>
