As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented HR Executive to join our team in Lucknow.Position: HR Executive Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, On-siteKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.</li><li>Focus on hiring talent for affiliate marketing roles, while also handling hiring for other departments.</li><li>Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.</li><li>Assist in on-boarding, induction, and training programs.</li><li>Coordinate with different departments to understand hiring needs.</li><li>Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven HR experience.</li><li>Prior experience in hiring for affiliate marketing or digital marketing roles is preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.</li><li>Ability to manage payroll and ensure timely salary processing.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to think creatively and produce innovative HR solutions.</li><li>The candidate must be based in Lucknow.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Work Location: In person
