Handle client inquiries, special requests, or concerns with professionalism and a calm demeanor. Record trip details, mileage, and expenses as per company protocols. Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly. Represent the brand with a neat, hygienic, and professional appearance at all times.
