QA Engineer will test the implementation of new features, be involved in upgrades and regression cycles, deliver tested customizations described in functional specifications using the Global Pay Plus (GPP) application and accompanying integration services and you will be involved in designing solutions for the customer needs, working closely with regional teams as it pertains to the quality engineering for our Global Services Managed Services propositions.</p><p><b>
Role and Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Develop test cases that provide evidence of the software&rsquo;s conformance to documented Functional and Technical specifications
</li><li>Assure testing coverage based on customers&rsquo; requirements</li><li>
Conduct tests review with relevant stakeholders</li><li>
Develop data used to set up the system for the client&rsquo;s use</li><li>
Validate customer setup from end user perspective</li><li>
Conduct regression testing on every new release and prior delivery to the customer</li><li>
Provide the Project with accurate status of releases</li><li>
Conduct qualification of customer defects</li><li>
Perform re-tests of fixed defects to ensure compliance to specifications and affected area.</li><li>
Work in teams to determine test objectives, execute test cases and improve testing processes</li></ul><p><b>
Required Experience:</b>3+ yrs</p><p><b>
Job Requirements</b></p><ul><li>
Relevant academic background (BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology) or relevant experience</li><li>
2+ years of Experience with Exposure to<ul><li>
GPP - SP</li><li>
QA methodology and process</li><li>
SQL and other DB Knowledge</li></ul></li><li>
Knowledge of:<ul><li>
Payment systems or/and Banking &ndash; advantage</li><li>
One programming language &ndash; advantage</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Excellent technical skills</li><li>
Able to multi-task, is self-motivated and able to motivate others</li><li>
Team player &ndash; ability to work with a team in a dynamic and complex environment</li></ul></div></div><p></p>
