<h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>The Hiring Associate is primarily responsible for entering and maintaining data in the HR system, with a focus on data integrity and accuracy. Additionally, supports operations and HR personnel with tracking/coordinating all necessary employee onboarding activities for craft employees, including substance abuse testing, background checks, medical testing, and other post-offer/pre-employment/pre-access activities.</b></h5>
<p>
This position is located in Tulsa, OK and is required to work in the office at least 3 days per week.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Essential Functions</b></h3>
<ul><li>Actively supports the Company&rsquo;s commitment to safety and its &ldquo;Core Values.&rdquo;</li>

<li>Enters and maintains data in the HR system related to applicants, new hires, employee changes and terminations, ensuring the highest level of data quality, integrity, and accuracy.</li>
<li>Collects, processes, and electronically files all associated HR documentation per established procedures, to include documents related to applicants, employee changes/updates, policy documents and terminations.</li>
<li>Supports operations and HR personnel with tracking/coordinating all necessary employee onboarding activities for craft employees, including substance abuse testing, background checks, medical testing and other post-offer/pre-employment/pre-access activities.</li>
<li>Serves as back-up to the Recruiting Dispatcher, as needed.</li>
<li>Conducts regular internal audits related to ensuring data accuracy within the HRIS, as needed.</li>
<li>Responds to HR system-related inquiries from internal customers.</li>
<li>Supports HRIS/HR operations by assisting with testing and troubleshooting of HRIS system and modules.</li>
<li>Assists with HR special projects on an ongoing basis, as requested.</li>
<li>Performs other responsibilities, as directed.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h3>
<ul><li>2+ years office/administrative support experience, including experience with high volumes of data entry.</li>
<li>Previous experience in an HR shared services environment preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; previous HRIS database experience preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy a must.</li>
<li>Must have the ability to prioritize work, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and excellent customer service orientation.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality a must.</li>
<li>Ability to work overtime, including occasional evenings and weekends, as needed.</li>
</ul>
