<li>Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments</li>

<li>Follow our structured daily schedule for lead follow-up and pipeline management</li>
<li>Use Follow Up Boss to track all communication, notes, and tasks</li>
<li>Attend weekly meetings, script sessions, and coaching check-ins</li>
<li>Deliver a client experience that generates repeat business and referrals</li>
