 About this role:
 
 
 
 
 We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Post Production PA to join our team. This is an entry-level, in-office position perfect for someone looking to build a career in post-production. As the swing shift PA, you will be the backbone of our evening operations, providing essential support to our editors, assistant editors, and producers. You will ensure our post-production pipeline runs smoothly, deadlines are met, and our creative team has everything they need to succeed.
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 Your day-to-day tasks will be a mix of technical, creative, and administrative duties:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as the primary point of contact for evening support, assisting the post-production team with various needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle essential company runs, including hard drive/gear pick-ups and drop-offs, client deliveries, and other time-sensitive errands.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage evening meal orders for the team, office supplies are stocked, and ensure edit bays and common areas are clean and organized.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with media management, including ingesting footage, creating and organizing proxies, and setting up new project files per our workflow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform light editing tasks, such as creating cutdowns, reformatting/resizing videos for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), and adding subtitles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the finishing process by assisting with online conform preparation, prepping sequences for color and audio, and handling final versioning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and export various versions of final cuts for different platforms, specs, and clients (e.g., textless, different aspect ratios, with/without captions).
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform basic QC checks on final exports to catch any visual or audio errors before delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with labeling, tracking hard drives, archiving projects, and other basic office duties as assigned.

 Qualifications &amp; Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ability to work in-office Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Punctuality and reliability are essential.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of post-production workflows and familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro.
 </li>
 <li>
 Meticulous attention to detail, especially when managing files, following instructions, and QC-ing content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong verbal and written communication skills. You can take direction clearly and ask clarifying questions when needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and stay calm in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
 </li>
