 In this position you will be part of the Mattel Turkey Marketing Team located in Istanbul.
 
 
 What Your Impact Will Be:
 
 
 We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Marketing Coordinator with a passion for toys to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies that enhance product visibility, support new product launches, and drive successful campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of both online and offline customer engagement.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Omnichannel Marketing Strategy Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively integrate online and offline channels to drive customer engagement and sales in line with yearly marketing calendar
 </li>
 <li>
 Product Visibility Enhance the visibility of our product lines across various channels, ensuring that our toys are prominently featured in both digital and physical retail environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 New Product Launches Lead the marketing efforts for new product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams to create impactful launch campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Campaign Management Design, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, e-retail platforms, in-store promotions, and events, to maximize reach and effectiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partnership Development Establish and maintain relationships with key retail partners, online platforms, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Budget Management Manage the marketing budget for assigned projects, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For

 Customer Marketing Understanding
 </li>
 <li>
 Creative Asset Development &amp; Localization (understanding the regional assets and adaptation of these assets in the light of local insights)
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead agency briefs, collaborate with creative agency to prepare and execute effective creatives across different media channels
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep enthusiasm for toys and a passion for creating magical experiences for customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexible and determined approach to your work is vital.
 </li>
 <li>

 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Education &amp; Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Masters&rsquo; degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English including excellent communication and writing is a must
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in developing and executing successful omnichannel marketing campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 2-4 years of experience in customer marketing, brand management, or a related field, preferably in the toy industry FMCG, licensed consumer good, apparel- or beauty industry.
