We are looking for a Sr Business Analyst / IT Product Owner to drive transformation across our global logistics, transportation, and warehouse management ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of technology and operations,owning critical initiatives such as Transportation Management System (TMS)modernization, end-to-end logistics visibility, and warehouse execution optimization.
You will work hands-on with distribution centers while partnering with supply chain teams to deliver scalable, high-impact technology solutions.
What Your Impact Will Be:
Product Ownership &amp; Strategy<ul><li>
Act as Product Owner for logistics and warehouse technology initiatives</li><li>
Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with global supply chain strategy</li><li>
Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into scalable product solutions</li><li>
Own backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery outcomes</li></ul>
Transportation Management &amp; Execution<ul><li>
Lead TMS replacement, modernization, and optimization programs, design, and global rollout</li><li>
Define requirements for future-state transportation capabilities:</li><li>
Routing optimization and load planning</li><li>
Carrier integration and onboarding</li><li>
Track &amp; trace / real-time transportation visibility</li><li>
Freight audit, payment, and settlement</li></ul>
Collaborate with freight, customs, and logistics operations teams to streamline transportation execution. Also closely work with implementation partners and internal tech teams to complete project in time.
Warehouse &amp; Fulfillment Optimization<ul><li>
Partner with DC teams to improve:<ul><li>
Picking, packing, shipping, and returns</li><li>
DTC and B2B fulfillment flows</li><li>
Value-added services (VAS) and reverse logistics</li></ul></li><li>
Identify automation and efficiency opportunities (RF, robotics, AMRs, etc.)</li><li>
Define requirements work closely with architects and delivery teams. Act as single point of contact for IT team.</li></ul>
Systems &amp; Integration<ul><li>
Own functional design across systems including:<ul><li>
WMS (Blue Yonder / BYWMS)</li><li>
TMS platforms, InforNexus, E2Open or similar</li><li>
ERP, DOM, Salesforce, AS400/iSeries</li></ul></li><li>
Collaborate with engineering and middleware teams on:<ul><li>
API integrations</li><li>
Data flows and system interactions</li><li>
Legacy system modernization</li></ul></li></ul>
Delivery &amp; Execution<ul><li>
Gather and define requirements (user stories, BRDs, acceptance criteria)</li><li>
Drive SIT/UAT testing, defect triage, and release readiness</li><li>
Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business outcomes</li><li>
Support global rollouts and post-go-live stabilization</li></ul>
Operations &amp; Continuous Improvement<ul><li>
Act as a bridge between warehouse operations and IT</li><li>
Support production issues, root cause analysis, and performance improvements</li><li>
Leverage data and reporting to drive decision-making and visibility</li><li>
Continuously identify and implement process improvements</li></ul> 
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>
5+ years in Business Analysis / Product Ownership in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse systems</li><li>
Strong domain expertise in:<ul><li>
Warehouse operations</li><li>
Transportation &amp; logistics execution</li></ul></li><li>
Proven experience with:<ul><li>
TMS implementation or replacement programs (InforNexus and 3PLs)</li><li>
WMS platforms (preferably Blue Yonder)</li><li>
Complex system integrations (ERP, legacy, APIs)</li></ul></li><li>
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (JIRA, Confluence)</li></ul>
Technical &amp; Functional Skills<ul><li>
Strong understanding of:<ul><li>

The Opportunity:
We&rsquo;re looking for a Mobile Games Release Specialist to own submission execution and continual release operations across mobile game titles launching on Apple&rsquo;s App Store, Google Play, and Epic Games Store. This is a publishing-side role that works in close partnership with Production, internal QA Management, LiveOps, external QA vendors, and third-party development studios to ensure builds, store metadata, assets, compliance inputs, and submission materials are complete, accurate, and delivered on schedule. With a strong focus on execution, coordination, and first-party readiness, this role helps Mattel Game Studios launch polished, compliant, and on-time mobile experiences.
What Your Impact Will Be:<ul><li> 
Own first-party submission execution: Prep and manage submissions for launches, live updates, hotfixes, and regional rollouts across Apple&rsquo;s App Store, Google Play, Epic Games Store, and Creator platforms.</li><li>
Drive release logistics: Maintain checklists, timelines, and release plans so teams are aligned on requirements, dependencies, approvals, and target dates.</li><li>
Own release calendar and version control: Ensure builds, metadata, and submissions are prepared, approved, and submitted on schedule.</li><li>
Coordinate cross-functional release operations: Partner with Production, internal stakeholders, QA, and development teams to gather inputs, blockers, risks and timeline changes, and support informed decisions.</li><li>
Work alongside vendor-led QA operations: Coordinate with the QA Manager and QA partners to align release candidate readiness, validation status, defect priorities, and submission timing.</li><li>
Manage store setup and compliance: Oversee store metadata, assets, disclosures, release notes, and platform requirements to ensure submissions are accurate and complete.</li><li>
Own first-party feedback and launch execution: Respond to platform review feedback, communicate with all stakeholders, coordinate resubmissions, track rollout status, crash reporting, and support urgent fixes to keep releases moving.</li><li>
Improve release processes: Maintain templates, playbooks, and documentation while identifying opportunities to use AI-assisted workflows to streamline submission preparation, status tracking, and release communications.</li></ul> 
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>
4+ years in mobile game release operations, submission management, or related games publishing QA roles, with hands-on experience supporting launches across major mobile storefronts.</li><li>
Experience managing submissions with Apple&rsquo;s App Store Connect and Google Play Console; Epic Games Store; Age Ratings Boards experience is a plus.</li><li>
Strong understanding of mobile release workflows, platform requirements, store metadata, privacy disclosures, age ratings, and regional release setup.</li><li>
Experience coordinating across Production, QA, engineering, vendors, and third-party development partners in a deadline-driven LiveOps environment.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail, operational judgment, and communication skills, with proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, TestFlight, Fastlane, automation systems, and store submission consoles.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Shipped mobile game(s) and/or supported live game services / tech in live games production environments.</li><li>
Active Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM).</li></ul><ul><li>
