 In this position you will be part of the Mattel Turkey Marketing Team located in Istanbul.
 
 
 
 What Your Impact Will Be

 Define the brand strategy for the market, whilst incorporating the global brand identity of Infant &amp; Pre- School Brands. You will team up with the Regional Marketing Team and other stakeholders to streamline your approach.

 You will be responsible of defining a line architecture and of selecting the best products to fit in, making sure to align with the wider European directions and merging local nuances and needs. This follows a bi-annual set-up and pricing for your markets.
 </li>

 Combine other relevant figures (sales data, market trends, etc.) and use market NPD insights (when available) as a basis for your marketing strategy
 </li>
 <li>
 You will also partner with our Digital team, to combine your market knowledge with their online expertise, for optimal presence of your brands on the web.
 </li>

 You will manage relationships with our external agencies for the localization of the materials needed to run the marketing campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 You will be expected to continuously measure your brands success by tracking KPI&rsquo;s (e.g. sales trend) and adjust your strategy as required.

 Responsible for pricing (following Regional guidelines) and quotas in conjunction with sales (P&amp;L, margin, forecasting).

 Select the line by channel/customer and manage product information, validate translations and localization of creative assets

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a visionary Head of GCC to lead our business across Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain. The Opportunity:
The Global Talent team provides world class programs geared towards developing, engaging, and retaining our talent. Support the design of high-potential development programs aligned with performance and succession planning goals.</li><li>

Job Description 
In this position you will be part of the Mattel Turkey Marketing Team located in Istanbul. 

 
What Your Impact Will Be:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Marketing Coordinator with a passion for toys to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies that enhance product visibility, support new product launches, and drive successful campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of both online and offline customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Omnichannel Marketing Strategy: 
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively integrate online and offline channels to drive customer engagement and sales in line with yearly marketing calendar</li><li>
Product Visibility: 
Enhance the visibility of our product lines across various channels, ensuring that our toys are prominently featured in both digital and physical retail environments.</li><li>
New Product Launches: 
Lead the marketing efforts for new product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams to create impactful launch campaigns that resonate with our target audience.</li><li>
Campaign Management: 
Design, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, e-retail platforms, in-store promotions, and events, to maximize reach and effectiveness.</li><li>
Partnership Development: 
Establish and maintain relationships with key retail partners, online platforms, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.</li><li>
Budget Management: 
Manage the marketing budget for assigned projects, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>
Customer Marketing Understanding</li><li>
Creative Asset Development &amp; Localization (understanding the regional assets and adaptation of these assets in the light of local insights)</li><li>
Lead agency briefs, collaborate with creative agency to prepare and execute effective creatives across different media channels</li><li>
Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.</li><li>
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.</li><li>
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Deep enthusiasm for toys and a passion for creating magical experiences for customers.</li><li>
Flexible and determined approach to your work is vital.</li><li>
Positive can-do-will-do attitude</li></ul>
Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li>
Masters&rsquo; degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration.</li><li>
Fluency in English including excellent communication and writing is a must</li><li>
Proven experience in developing and executing successful omnichannel marketing campaigns.</li><li>
2-4 years of experience in customer marketing, brand management, or a related field, preferably in the toy industry FMCG, licensed consumer good, apparel- or beauty industry.</li></ul>
